Maharashtra Plastic & Industries (MP&I) having Headquarter in Mumbai is India's leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter of quality Polypropylene (PP)  Box Strapping and Polyester (PET)  strapping products. Our Products

The Polypropylene (PP) Box Strapping, sold under the brand name  is made up of virgin, eco-friendly and light density polypropylene. The Polyester (PET) Strapping, sold under the brand name  is made up of best quality Poly Ethylene Terephthalate (PET) and is the ideal replacement for steel strapping. Our product range also includes Semi-Automatic machines & Fully Automatic machines for PP strapping, Pneumatic/ Battery-Operated/Hand Strapping Tools, Manual Sealers & Tensioners for PET strapping. We also deal in Stretch Films in a big way.

We have maintained a state-of-the art facility in Daman, India to smoothly develop our entire product-line. Here, we employ modern processes and techniques to maintain the consistent quality of our products in a lower turnaround time. Due to all these technological support, we are providing desired products to customers in the shortest lead time. In the upcoming time, we have plans of investing in newer and even better efficient technologies to have improved quality and cost-competitive manufacturing.

With the right support of our processing equipment and professional technical team, we are having smooth design and production of new products. Some highlights of our facilities are:

• Fully automatic production lines including the automatic feeding and mixing system for PP and PET strapping to ensure supreme quality of the products from first meter till last meter.
• A spacious store to keep our extensive raw material and finished goods.
• Electronic automatic winders for high precision winding.
• SAP system supported inventory control and production process.

Testing Equipment

We have a sophisticated quality control facility in Daman, which due to being well-equipped with the testing equipment and facilities is considered among the best in the world. Here, all the produced items are passed through process control tests to check several critical performance properties.
